Summer Quick Hitters
AGE RANGE & DATES:
Players Ages 10-14
June 15th- July 13th

5 weeks, 1 time per week, Every Monday.
TIMES:
Hitting 11:00 AM – 11:45 AM
Fielding 11:45 AM – 12:30 PM
Transition/Reset: 12:30 PM – 12:45 PM
- Time for a packed snack.
Pitching 12:45 PM – 1:30 PM
Catching 1:30 PM – 2:15 PM
CAMP SIZE:
Small groups, no bigger than 5 players per session.
- Players may be broken up into 2 groups
Camp Focus:

Hitting: Focusing on mechanical efficiency, situational approaches, and driving the ball with authority.

Infield/Outfield Defensive: Sharpening footwork, glove work, transfer speeds, Ground Ball and Fly Balls

Pitching & Arm Care: Covering arm care routines, mound presence, mechanical adjustments, and bullpen progression.

Catching: Receiving, path to ball (glove work), footwork/stances, transfer speeds. Efficiency on throw down
