My name is Ben Strassman I grew up in Golden Valley, MN. I went to Armstrong High School where I graduated in 2018 while also playing three years of varsity baseball. I later went on to pursue my Associate Degee and played baseball at Rochester Community and Technical College. I later finished my degree in Marketing at Viterbo University where I was also named captain of the baseball team. In college I pitched for the La Crosse Loggers and the Rochester Honker in the Northwood League all 4 summers.

Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to be taught by and along side many amazing coaches. Most recently at Hit Dawg Academy along side Shawn Wooten former player and hitting coach in the MLB. I look forward to sharing my skills and knowledge with young athletes of the game.

10 - 30 minute session $450

60 minute sessions $90

We offer many different time and payment options. We can provide 30 or 60 minute sessions that are based on your needs. You can purchase single sessions or prepaid package deals. Based on your goals and ambitions we can help direct you in what works best for you, while helping you achieve the best results.
