WINE AND WHISKEY MIXER / SILENT AUCTION
Edge baseball will be hosting their third annual Wine, whiskey and beer tasting fundraiser this
year at the 5th Quarter in Verona on February 26th. We are excited about this years event and hope
to see Families come out for a night of great drinks, great auction items, and great company.
The event features many great wines and liquors from around the world poured in an open walk
around format for open sampling. The wines and liquors will be presented by reps from the wineries
and professional sales reps that can answer any questions you may have, or just top you off with
another sample of a favorite you keep going back to for more. There will also be a table with local
micro craft beers for sampling. The event will also have appetizers from the 5th quarter provided
in an open buffet style.
The fundraising side of the event will feature a 50/50 raffle, some items that will be featured in a
raffle format give away, and a large silent auction that will have over 30 different items from; golf
packages, hotel stays, sports memorabilia, sports tickets, and much, much more. We are sure there
will be something that will interest everyone in the silent auction.
This is a fun social event that also helps support our baseball teams as we are on the doorstep of
opening another season. The money raised goes directly back to the teams in the form of extra
coaching staff, new coaching tools and continued upgraded opportunities for our players.
