Membership Renewal & Cancellation Guidelines
Our Hitting Memberships automatically renew at the end of their term unless you explicitly request to cancel. This applies to all 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month terms.
How Renewal Works By Term:
Flexible Option
1-Month Membership
Your membership renews for another month each month. You can request to cancel anytime prior to your next monthly renewal date.
Flexibility: High (Cancel month-to-month)
3-Month Term
3-Month Membership
You are signed up for the full 3 months. At the end of the 3 months, it will automatically renew for another 3 months unless you request to cancel.
Commitment: Full 3 months active term
6-Month Term
6-Month Membership
You are signed up for the full 6 months. At the end of the 6 months, it will automatically renew for another 6 months unless you request to cancel.
Commitment: Full 6 months active term
Best Value
12-Month Membership
You are signed up for the full 12 months. At the end of the 12 months, it will automatically renew for another 12 months unless you request to cancel.
Commitment: Full 12 months active term
Please Note: Simply reaching the end of your 1-, 3-, 6-, or 12-month membership does NOT cancel it. You must contact us if you do not want it to renew.
Why are there different membership lengths and prices?
1-Month Membership Flexibility
The 1-month membership gives you more flexibility. You have the option to cancel and make the current month your last month at any time with proper notice.
Multi-Month Savings & Commitment
The 3-, 6-, and 12-month memberships offer a lower monthly price in exchange for committing to a longer term. If you decide to cancel, your membership remains active through the end of your current term and will not renew after that.
